Fight your cold with black or herbal tea and garlic. It doesn’t sound the most appealing or social and probably not something to drink before a night on the town, so choose the time wisely, however it does work. It is an old folk remedy that works wonders. The garlic is anti viral and great for seasonal infections. For extra vitamin C and antioxidant benefits adding lemon would be beneficial, however the garlic on its own is sufficient.
